Can I download the eBook?
No. Our eBooks are hosted on our website and cannot be downloaded onto your computer, saved onto a flashdrive or CD, or printed and made into a physical copy. These limitations are in place to protect our authors and prevent copyright infringement.
Do I need internet access to view the eBook?
Yes and No. Internet connection is required to access our eBooks. Once the eBook has loaded in your internet browser you can put your device in airplane mode or disconnect from the internet and you will still be able to view the eBook. If you refresh your web browser while offline you may lose access to the eBook until internet connection returns.
Can I view the eBook on my Kindle, iPad, tablet etc.
Yes. As long as your Kindle, iPad, tablet, or other readable device has access to the internet and a web browser, you will have access to the eBook.
Will my access to the eBook ever expire?
No. Purchased eBook subscriptions do not expire.
Can multiple people view the eBook?
No. Each person interested in viewing the eBook will need to purchase their own copy. A single purchase of an eBook subscription provides one user with online digital access to the eBook. Can I return an eBook?
Yes. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your purchase of an eBook subscription to let us know that you would like to return the digital product. If you contact us outside of the 24 hour return period your return request will be denied.
