Journal of Petroleum Science Research (JPSR) was founded in 2012. It is devoted to bridging the advancement of knowledge in all the fields of petroleum science & technology. Topics include enhanced oil and gas recovery; shale oil and gas; petroleum (natural gas) geochemistry; petroleum (natural gas) geology; drilling engineering; reservoir engineering; production engineering; rock mechanics/petrophysics; formation evaluation; mathematical modeling; and petroleum (natural gas) economics.
An attempt is made in all issues to balance the subject matter and to appeal to a broad readership. The publication covers peer-reviewed original scholarly high-quality work such as analytical, numerical, or experimental results and physical analysis of processes of lasting scientific value.
