DEStech collection of files for any Author/presenter is an option to streamline the collection process of a Proceedings paper.
Any organization and editor of a project has the advantage of our collection process in order to gather all content and papers in a quick and efficient manner.
HOW IT WORKS
· When entering into an agreement with DEStech, for easy accessibility we will create a link of the specific conference where authors can click in order to upload their paper for a book or CD-ROM.
· DEStech can send the link to you for placement on your conference website or individual emails along with a full set of instructions for the contributors.
· Each conference group has secure access to the download site. Your presenters are assigned a Project Password and can create their own individual password for their own privacy - so files can be uploaded at any time.
· The Conference Editor/Administrator has access to review, organize, accept or delete all uploaded files.
THE BENEFITS
· Conference Editors can review papers from any location at anytime.
· Custom Guidelines can be accessed with username and password for easy reference to style and format.
· Final Papers are readily available for DEStech to produce the Proceedings project. No costly express packages for sending files are necessary which allows the Conference Editor more time for receipt of papers.
